Telehealth Instructions
  • To access our portal, use the following address: 
  • We are currently only able to see patients by telehealth who are in Virginia, DC, or MD
  • If the provider is not there immediately, please be patient. There is no need to call the office. The provider will communicate with you directly.
  • Please be in a quiet and private setting.
  • Please make sure you have a good signal.
  • Please ensure adequate lighting.
  • Please wear appropriate clothing.
  • If in your vehicle, please do not drive during the appointment. Pull over for your safety.
  • Please understand that while we do our best to stay on time, the appointment is not a scheduled Zoom meeting. If your provider is taking care of another patient you may need to wait as you would have to wait in the clinic waiting room if seeing the provider in person.​

Our office hours will be open from 9:00am-4pm Monday-Friday. Please call our office during that time if you need to speak to an administrator.
Dr. Winter is board-certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine and formerly by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (he voluntarily elected to not renew this board because of their policies and fees). He is separately board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (under the American Board of Medical Specialties) as a sleep medicine subspecialist. He is a member in good standing of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine the Sleep Research Society, and the Virginia Academy of Sleep Medicine.
